About Chloe
Chloe has been working as an artist since she was 11 years old, and has been steadily building her catalogue and exploring her artistic style ever since. She is the youngest member of the iconic Hart dynasty, but has set herself apart with her signature abstract style and the introduction of her latest project where she uses story telling to explore the emotions of her work.
